January 21^st Luncheon

At Yia Yia’s Eurocafe

registration  11:00-11:30;  lunch at noon;

Program:  Dan McCleary, artistic director of the Tennessee Shakespeare Company

Menu choices:

1.     Bill’s chicken salad:  crispy chicken tenders, mixed greens, avocado, egg, tomato, cheese, artichoke hearts, hot mustard and a white balsamic vinaigrette;

2.     Roast beef sandwich:  roast beef, provolone cheese, on ciabatta with au jus, served with setup of lettuce, tomato, and onion, plus a side of French fries;

3.     Four-cheese pizza:  provolone, mozzarella, fontina, goat cheese, basil, red onions and roma tomatoes.

***All meals will be served with chocolate crème brulee and choice of beverage.***
